Registration Process

Complete and submit the registration form below. You may also register in person at the Music Office between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
After the registration information is received, you will be contacted via e-mail regarding payment (via check or credit card) and a teacher will contact you to schedule a mutually acceptable lesson time.

Fees are due by the student's first lesson. Students must be enrolled and current in regard to financial obligations before lessons may begin.
